Welcome to Gossner Film Fest, Our festival is a celebration of independent films in the category of Short Films, Music Videos, Documentary, Ad Film & Mobile Films. We are dedicated to showcasing the best work of filmmakers providing a platform for their work to be seen by a wider audience.
During the festival, we will be screening a diverse selection of films that are sure to inspire, entertain, and provoke thought. Our program includes Short Films, Music Videos, Documentary, Ad Film & Mobile Films, all carefully curated to reflect the current state of independent cinema.
The festival is open to students, professionals and studios from across the world.
All films will be introduced by a Festival Director.
We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees, and expect all participants to abide by our code of conduct, which includes respect for all individuals, no discrimination or harassment, and compliance with all festival rules and regulations.

Entry Fees and Forms: Pay any required entry fees of Rs 299/- and complete submission forms accurately. Include all necessary information and materials requested by the festival
Submission Criteria: Ensure that your film meets the festival’s submission criteria regarding genres, duration, format, and other requirements.

Originality: Submit original work that does not violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights. Plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material can lead to disqualification.
Completion Requirements: Submit a finished film that meets technical standards for sound, picture quality, and overall production values.
Submission Deadlines: Adhere to submission deadlines. Late submissions may not be considered or may require additional fees
Length: The film should be no shorter than 2 minutes and no longer than 20 minutes.
Premiere Status: Films published / released on public platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook etc or any other social video websites except Cinema halls / Movie Theaters / TV Channels / Private Screenings / Festival Screenings can participate in the competition / film festival.
Language: The short film can be in any language but all non-Hindi & English films must have English subtitles.
Rights: You must have all necessary rights to the film, including but not limited to music, images, and talent releases.
Formats: We accept digital submissions only, with high-quality sound and picture. If your film is selected, you must provide a high-quality digital copy (Min 1920×1080 FHD) of the film and any additional materials (a trailer, Brochure, photographs, etc. and a synopsis of the short film) requested by the festival.
